WUJA CONSULTING is a partner-based consultancy company focusing on consultancy services within Strategy deployment, Busines Process Optimzation and Project Management .
The strength in our consultancy is our ability to make 'IT' happen and realise the benefits which are expected.
Our consultants work closely with the client organisation, but also the external constractor(s) which are enrolled in a given project. In our role as 'bridge-buillder' - between the client organisation and the external contractor(s) we value-add by understanding each side of the table - ensuring progress despite complexity and difficulties in the work. We contribute significantly facilitating project execution stay on a 'green' path
