Analysis and design of new business processes of a nationwide contact center.

 

The project included in-depth analysis of all product processes held by the nationwide contact center. A thorough analysis of the in-take of calls, analoque and digital written coomunications a TO-BE picture was drawn-up to envisage a future scenario of the contact center based on a Microsoft CRM on-line platform.

This recommendations of this analysis was followed by an IT project including requirement specification, public tender process and IT implementation project.

Project Managemet of cross-border IT project in financial industry.

 

The project included a three-fold intervention.

1) In-depth analysis of current business processes within the marketing department. Based on a SAS multi-channel tool a TO-BE picture was drawn up to determine an unified solution marketing tool acros 5 countries in Scandinavia and the UK.

2) An IT implementation project comprising all generic phases from identifying business needs, describing IT requirements, managing development IT development processes and subsequently the organizational implementation within the marketing functions in each country.

3) Designing and implementing the 'follow-up' strategy of the new IT foundation in the marketing department. It included determining key performance indicators, a structured follow-up process maintained by the contolling department and managemtn information dashboard for the group management team.

Sales-team development programme: Management of teams withing the financial industry

 

WUJA CONSULTING has developed adn executed several 'management of team' programmes. They are targetted at helping, coaching and delivering tools for managers of employee group 5 to 20 people.

The obejctive with these development programmes has been to prepare and nurture the managers in the role as responsible for the on-going business and being in charge of medium-sized teams. Coaching and training in tools that helps the manager in dilemmas and potentially conflitct situations are included. Individual and team performance test are included as pre-requisites - which provide the foundation of the individual and team-based development programme.

 

The programme has scalabilty that provides the opportunity to aide one single organizaiton / team, but also a multiple set of teams and even acorss countries.
